We collect as little information as we can.
What the join forms ask for
Our expressions-of-interest forms request a name, email, high school, and city. Club inquiries also request the club name and the applicant's role. Optional details may include a portfolio link or short message. Please don't send sensitive personal information.
How we intend to use it
We intend to use submissions only to respond to prospective participants, coordinate club introductions, and send relevant Common Frame updates. We do not intend to sell personal information or publish submitted details without permission.
Form handling
Forms are configured to use Netlify Forms when the site is deployed to Netlify. The hosting provider's data processing and security policies then apply. Before public launch, we will confirm who can access submissions, how long they are kept, and the proper contact address for deletion requests.
Photography and credit
Member photography will only be featured with the photographer's permission and appropriate credit. Photographer credits are listed on the Credits page. Preview images are not competition submissions.
Questions or removal requests
A direct contact email will be added before the public launch. Until then, please do not treat this preview site as a finalized privacy policy.
